HECE BİLGİSİ

Hece, Özellikleri ve Çeşitleri

Konuşurken ya da okurken ağzımızın bir hareketiyle söylenen ses ya da ses topluluğu-
na hece denir. “Bak” kelimesi ağzımızın bir hareketiyle söylenir. Bu yüzden “bak” kelimesi

bir hecelidir. “Elma” kelimesi “el” ve “ma” şeklinde ağzımızın iki hareketiyle söylenir. “Elma”
kelimesi iki hecelidir.

• Türkçe kelimelerin her hecesinde bir sesli harf bulunur.

Bilgi Kutusu

Bir kelimedeki sesli harf sayısı o kelimenin hece sayısına eşittir.
